Format and program

Your path: A1 → C1

The program follows the international CEFR scale: you start from your current level and move up one step at a time.

  1. A1 Beginner

You understand and use everyday phrases: you can introduce yourself, ask simple questions and answer them.

  2. A2 Elementary

You talk about yourself, your work, shopping and your day in short, simple sentences.

  3. B1 Intermediate

You cope with most everyday and travel situations, describe your experience and explain your plans.

  4. B2 Upper-Intermediate

You speak confidently on a wide range of topics, follow complex texts and argue your point of view.

  5. C1 Advanced

You express yourself fluently and precisely and use the language for study and work.

How fast you progress depends on your goals and regular practice.

Reviews

Before class, I open the channel and review the topic. Examples with mistakes are especially helpful — I recognize my own in them.

I’m learning English for work. I already use some phrases from the lessons in my messages. They stick much better this way than when you just write them down in your notes.

English for work

Before the trip, I just wanted to be able to get by in a shop, café, or hotel. I liked that there are plenty of these everyday situations here without a ton of theory.

Was preparing for a trip

I came back to English after quite a long break. I thought it would be harder, but little by little things are coming back. I especially like that you can ask again if you’re unsure about something, and nobody makes a big deal out of it.

Returning to the language

I need a rule shown with an example, not explained with half a page of terms. That's fine here.

Alex

Learning independently

In the group, someone is always asking something or making a mistake somewhere. Sometimes I hear someone else’s question and realize I was doing the same thing. I like that, because you learn not only from your own mistakes.
